Assisting trade: Traders urge improvement in railways

The business community urged the Federal Minister for Railways to improve Pak-India section at Lahore Railway Station.

LAHORE: The business community urged the Federal Minister for Railways, Khawaja Saad Rafique, to improve Pak-India section at Lahore Railway Station as its dilapidated condition adversely affect trade between the two countries. Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) President Engineer Sohail Lashari said here that deplorable condition of the T-10 (Railways Mall Godown) of the Lahore Railway Station was nullifying all efforts of the federal Minister to improve Pakistan Railways image and performance.
