Raising confidence: President addresses RCCI

President urged the business community to play their part in improving the economic development.

ISLAMABAD: President Mamnoon Hussain highlighted the importance of entrepreneurs and the business community while addressing a delegation of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI). He said that they were a valuable asset for the country and meaningful economic development was not possible without their input. The delegation was led by RCCI President Dr Shimail Daud Arain. Hussain said the government was undertaking all possible initiatives to improve the country’s security to restore the confidence of businessmen and investors in order to generate robust economic activity. He urged the business community to complement the government’s efforts and play their part in improving the economic development.
