Threats: Case sought against ‘brothel owner’

Shafaqat Ali said that Zulfiqar ran a brothel in the neighbourhood and had detained several girls at the brothel.

LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge on Friday sought comments from the South Cantt SHO by November 25 in a petition seeking the registration of a case for death threats to a family.

Shafaqat Ali said that Zulfiqar ran a brothel in the neighbourhood and had detained several girls at the brothel. One of the girls managed to escape a while back. He told the court that he had nothing to do with the matter but Zulfiqar was threatening to kill his family. He asked the court to direct the SHO to register a case against Zulfiqar.
