HYDERABAD:

Sindh Local Government Minister Owais Muzaffar has promised the people of Sindh’s new district, Sujawal, positive development within six months.

“I will get a development package approved for Sujawal from the chief minister,” he assured the people while addressing a rally on Thatta-Badin Road on Sunday.

Senator Aajaz Dhamrah, provincial minister Jam Khan Shoro, MPA Rehana Leghari, MPA Muhammad Ali Malkani and other Pakistan Peoples’ Party leaders were also present. Muzaffar said the new district has been created in view of the wishes of the local people. He said Sujawal’s residents wanted him to contest the elections from their area but the party had decided another provincial assembly constituency for him.
