ISLAMABAD: Appreciating the performance of lower staffers of the sanitation directorate of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), the chairman on Thursday announced a bonus equivalent to one month’s salary for the wing’s entire staff. Addressing the workers and officers of the sanitation directorate at the Open Air Theater, CDA Chairman Nadeem Hassan Asif said the entire staff’s collective effort was what kept the city clean during the Eidul Azha holidays. “You have done a tremendous job. If officials of all the wings of the authority start working with such enthusiasm it will lead towards CDA’s and the city’s betterment,” the chairman said, adding that the capital should serve as the model for the rest of the country’s cities.
