Twenty-three-year-old Jafar Khan, 26-year-old Ameer Baqi and 29-year-old Saleh Baloch were arrested from Jail Road in Lahore on a tip-off provided by terrorists arrested earlier.
According to sources, the suspects have connections with the banned Balochistan Liberation Army.
The blast had occurred in a restaurant on October 10, claiming one life and injuring at least 16 others.
According to the restaurant owner, an unknown person had left a bag in the dining area prior to the blast.
On the same day, three other blasts took place in Karachi, Quetta and Peshawar killing at least a dozen people.

ohh no no, how can it be?, it must definitely be the taliban. How can we blame any attacks on others than the talibans?. When it happened it was taliban and now its not. Im becoming more and more sure abt that lots of bombing in innocent public places is not done by the taliban but their name is unfortunately being using for political purposes..

I think we must appreciate the work Law Enforcement Agencies are playing. They have caught each culprit and thwarted dozens of attacks,look at Hammad Adil's arrest in Islamabad. I am proud of my forces especially in punjab since they have kept us safe. Bravo !!!

Like any country trying to protect its interests in the region/world by sponsoring non-state actors (including the US, India and others), Pakistan does the same. I am not defending such a policy. Just stating that it is a reality of international affairs. To clarify some of your confusions: the BLA is also a state-sponsored organization (but the nation-states sponsoring it do not include Pakistan!). While I do agree that the weakest link in our counter-terrorism strategy is a weak judicial system, there have actually been hundreds of convictions in Anti Terror cases. And just a few days ago, (long overdue and very welcome!) amendments were added to Anti Terror laws. ON A POSITIVE NOTE, great job by the police!
