Funeral: Prayers offered for slain policemen
IGP Shahid Nadeem Baloch paid tribute to the two men and directed that protection should be provided to the heirs.
KARACHI:
Funeral prayers were offered for Sir Syed Town SHO Inspector Irfan Haider and New Karachi SIO Shahbaz at the police headquarters in Garden on Thursday after they were gunned down in North Karachi on Wednesday. IGP Shahid Nadeem Baloch paid tribute to the two men and directed that protection should be provided to the heirs of the policemen. He stressed that police operations will continue with the same commitment despite the backlash.
