LAHORE: Lawyers from Justice Project Pakistan (JPP) testified at the Detainee Review Board hearing of Hamidullah Khan, at a US detention facility in Bagram, Afghanistan.  Hamidullah, a Pakistani citizen, was only 14 years old when he was kidnapped and sent to Bagram Prison, Afghanistan. He has still not been charged, tried or provided with access to a lawyer. After nearly five years, the US government continues to hold him despite repeated indications from both the US and Pakistani governments that he will be repatriated soon.
