Absent from duty: 20 sanitary workers issued notices

MULTAN: The Solid Waste Management district officer on Thursday issued final show cause notices to 20 sanitary workers for being absent from duty. DCO Syed Gulzar Hussain Shah had earlier directed SWM officials to take action against the absentee sanitary workers from Multan zone. The workers who have been issued show cause notices are Saleem, Sarfraz, Naeem, Ramazan, Shahbaz, Nasir, Zulfiqar, Yohannarchi, Nauman, Tariq Mehmood, Imran, Sughran Mai, Shan, Muhammad Niaz, Allah Rakha, Suhail, Nadeem, Parvez, Akbar and Shahid. The notices would appear in newspapers in the next few days after which the sanitary workers would be suspended.
