His statement came shortly after meeting with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad where he claimed that no decision could be reached on the appointment of Chairman NAB.
"I will suggest two names and Prime Minister will recommend one," explained Shah, adding that he will do so within two days.
Shah said that the earlier proposed names of Sardar Raza and Rahman Hussain Jaffry could be dropped.
Supreme Court has ordered that the NAB chief be appointed by September 13. The Court had earlier terminated the appointment of former NAB Chairman Fasih Bokhari on May 28 on the grounds that his appointment was without lawful authority.
Chief Election Commissioner
The opposition leader said that names will also be suggested for a new Chief Election Commissioner.
Justice (retd) Fakhruddin G Ebrahim, who had previously held the post, resigned on July 31 after overseeing the general elections this year.
"I have to nominate three people for the position," said Shah, adding that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) is likely to nominate Justice (retd) Bhagwandas among those.
Earlier, Khursheed Shah had also suggested Justice (retd) Bhagwandas for the post of Chairman NAB but federal finance minister Ishaq Dar had said that he did not fulfill the mandatory criteria for holding the post, as the former judge had recently retired from the post of Chairman Federal Public Service Commission.
"The final decision of the Chairman NAB and CEC appointment will be taken by Parliamentary Committee," reported Express News correspondent, Mohammad Bilal.

Justice (retd) Bhagwandas is the right candidate for both jobs, he is not corrupt and is very fair minded person and above all he is from minority, it is time that we pay some attention to our outstanding people who happen to be in minority in Pakistan.
