According to the Chief Secretary of Gilgit-Baltistan Younis Dagha, the terrorist Qaribullah alias 'Hasan' is the former Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) leader of the Chilas unit.
On June 23, ten foreign trekkers and their Pakistani guide were mowed to death by gunmen in paramilitary fatigue at a base camp of Nanga Parbat, in Gilgit-Baltistan in an attack claimed by both the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Jundullah sectarian extremist group.
Earlier, gunmen dressed as paramilitary forces killed nine foreign tourists in an unprecedented attack in the Himalayas of Gilgit-Baltistan.
M Nabi alias Qari Husnain, a suspect in the murder of government officials, was also arrested.
Correction: In an earlier version of this story, Chief Secretary Younis Dagha was incorrectly mentioned as Chief Minister. The error has been fixed.

How do we know the real culprits have been arrested and security agencies are npot just trying to save their own faces.
Yeah either released on bail or his friends will release him by breaking the jail. these terrorists should be hanged as soon as possible so their friends know the consequences.
Now there won't be death penalty for these animals because it has been suspended due to EU and so called human rights of these murderers.

Actually that would be "mowed down" Mowed to death is often used by newspapers to describe such massacres.

Younas Dagha is not Chief Minister, He is Chief Secartary, Chief Minister is Syed Mehdi Shah
Please note that Mr. Younis Dagha is Chief Secretary GB not Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan.
