Muhammad Waqar lodged complaint with the Aabpara police that his brother, Muhammad Bilal, was waiting at a bus stop when a speeding Toyota Hiace hit him and fled, leaving him critically injured.
Bilal was taken to Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences, where he was pronounced dead.
The police have registered a case against the driver but have not arrested him yet.
