Scrabble: WYSC qualifiers set for September 8

The PSA will conduct the qualifiers in two rounds.

The Pakistan Scrabble Association (PSA) will hold the qualifying round for the World Youth Scrabble Championship (WYSC) on September 8 at the Beach Luxury Hotel.


The championship will take place in December at the Etisalat Academy in Dubai. The PSA will conduct the qualifiers in two rounds. In the first leg at the Beach Luxury Hotel, open category players, who are 17 years and younger, will be eligible for participation. The top 16 players from the first leg will progress into the second round, which will take place at Mama Parsi School on September 22. The players who have participated in the previous championship will skip the first leg and play in the final round only.
