Three more dengue fever cases were reported on Saturday putting the total number of cases in Lahore at 15.

At least three more dengue fever cases were reported on Saturday putting the total number of cases in the city at 15. Vector Borne Diseases Additional Director General Jaffar Ilyas said so far 27 dengue fever patients had been confirmed in the province. He said three patients had tested positive for dengue fever at Mayo Hospital. The patients include 18-year old Shahroze, 15-year old Anam and 16-year old Mahim. A spokesman of the Health Department said preparations for Anti-Dengue Day had been finalised. Walks, seminars and awareness campaigns through mobile dengue vans will mark the Anti-Dengue Day, the spokesman said.
