Relief: Flood control room established

LAHORE:
A Flood Control Room was established at the Directorate of General Health Service on Friday to provide treatment to people in flood-affected areas. A spokesman for the Health Department said the Flood Control Room would be in touch with 22 high-risk districts. The executive district officers (EDOs) would provide information to the control room about the medicines and vaccines required at relief camps. Information would be exchanged on a daily basis and would be shared with other senior officials. The Flood Control Room can be reached at 042-99200679.
