Civic complaints: CDA forms field survey force

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has established a Field Survey Force to entertain complaints related to civic issues.


The force would respond to public complaints related to sewage, water supply, roads maintenance and street lights.

CDA Deputy Director Shafiullah Marwat will be in charge of the force and its main headquarter has been set up at the Enquiry Office of the CDA in Sector G-9.

Motorcycles would also be provided to the staff to respond to complaints quickly and efficiently.

The CDA chairman, who was apprised of the function and responsibilities of the force, said that the staff of the field force would serve residents of the capital to the best of their abilities.

The CDA chairman directed the engineering member of the civic body to equip the force with latest devices to ensure effective coordination among all departments of the authority to achieve the required results.
