A political administration official said family members of Hakim Khan and Amal Khan exchanged hot words over a petty issue which led to a scuffle. Following this, they drew their guns and opened fire at each other. Farman, 25, died on the spot as a result, while two pedestrians Asmatullah and Hamidullah were injured. The injured were rushed to the agency’s headquarters hospital where doctors proclaimed their lives to be out of danger.
