Cash on eid: State Bank sets up ATM helpline

Public can lodge their complaints regarding non-operational ATMs on 051-9270757 and 0345-0537541.

ISLAMABAD: The State Bank of Pakistan’s Banking Services Corporation (Bank) Rawalpindi has set up a customer facilitation centre to ensure unhindered functioning of commercial banks’ ATMs in the Rawalpindi region, especially during Eid holidays, according to a press release issued on Wednesday. It further stated that the centre, operational from 9am to 5:30pm on all working days, would be open during the Eid holidays as well. It will record public complaints regarding dysfunctional ATMs and ensure that they are in order at the earliest. The press statement urged members of the public to lodge their complaints regarding non-operational ATMs on 051-9270757 and 0345-0537541.
