PESHAWAR: Senator Haji Muhammad Khan Afridi’s house was slightly damaged when unidentified attackers threw a homemade bomb into the premises in Hayatabad on Tuesday evening, an official of the local police station said. No loss of life was reported, he said. A police team was sent to inspect the site and the Bomb Disposal Squad was also called in, the official said. Senator Afridi is a tribal elder from Khyber Agency.
