Tragedy: Eight people killed, 24 injured in AJK

According to the police, the dumper’s driver lost control and rammed into the van coming from the opposite side.

MUZAFFARABAD: At least eight people were killed and 24 received  injuries in two different incidents across Azad Jammu and Kashmir in the last 24 hours. Four people were killed in Bagh when they were washed by a flashflood while crossing the Hodibadi nullah in their car. Because of heavy downpour, 17 people were injured while property was also destroyed. In another road accident near Bela Noor Shah, a suburb of Muzaffarabad, at least four people were crushed to death when a loaded dumper of the National Highway Authority collided with a van. According to the police, the dumper’s driver lost control and rammed into the van coming from the opposite side.
