Cricket: AO Clinic to face Omer CC in final

AO clinic defeated Qasmi CC by 32 runs in their semi-final.

Tayyab Riaz and Ayaz Tassawar starred with quickfire knocks which helped AO Clinic reach the final of Dr MA Shah Night Trophy after defeating Qasmi CC by 32 runs in their semi-final.


Batting first, AO Clinic posted 166 for four. Riaz top-scored with 62 hitting four sixes and three boundaries, while Tassawar slammed two sixes and three strikes to the fence in his 46-run knock. Bilal Asif picked up two wickets for 29 runs.

Qasmi CC were then bowled out for 134 in 18.3 overs. Rizwan Khan scored 21 while Ashraf Ali could only make 19. Off-spinner Salman Ali grabbed three wickets while Nasir Owais and Ayaz got two wickets apiece. They will now face Omer CC in the final.
