In a shocking move, police requested media and the girl’s family to let the incident pass.
The filing of an FIR and registration of the case could take up to three days, police said.
The alleged suspects have also offered money as compensation for the parents to not let the matter get to higher authorities.

I wonder how long it will take for Islamabad HC or SC to take action against culprits/police involved in this. Perhaps it will go unnoticed by the courts. Shame.
