Tribal Dispute: Woman killed, two suspects held

Dispute occurred over the distribution of irrigation water in the village Dil Murad Shar.

SUKKUR: A water-distribution dispute led to an armed clash between two Shar tribes, which claimed Sardaran Shar’s life, while Mai Karam Shar and Ghulam Nabi Shar sustained injuries. The dispute over the distribution of irrigation water occurred in village Dil Murad Shar, situated in Ubauro police station limits, Ghotki district, on Friday night. The two injured were taken to Ubauro hospital for treatment. The police filed cases against the two tribes and arrested two suspects.
