Sources with knowledge of the summons told The Express Tribune on Tuesday that Gilani, who has previously been summoned with regards to a probe into illegal appointments in OGRA, has now been called for July 18, 2013 to record his statement.
NAB sources told The Express Tribune that this summon has been prepared by the OGRA corruption case’s Investigation Officer Waqas Ahmad Khan and forwarded to the Director General NAB Rawalpindi Col (retd) Subah Sadiq by Director NAB Mirza Irfan Baig for dispatch.
The latest NAB summons to Gilani are believed to be linked to former OGRA chairman Tauqir Sadiq who was extradited from the UAE earlier this month.
Earlier Gilani has been summoned by NAB in OGRA case regarding illegal appointment of Tauqir Sadiq as Chairman OGRA.

@Lahori: Yeah best revenge against country's treasury
So the politics of revenge begun.
Go pakistan go
This is what happens when those that dont deserve get power.
Democracy is the best revenge !! Right Mr. Gillani?
Agreed Ali but they get blind in power without admitting the fact that they have to leave one day.
Politics is not a good business.
Once PM will never be always a PM.
On one hand Gilani had power and on the other hand the same Gilani is powerless and now summoned by the NAB.
The bottom line on my comments is why to absue power when the power does not remain with any one forever.
This is a lesson for all those politicians who come with all the power but leave their respective offices as a powerless person.
The only power in this world is of Al-Mighty Allah which will remain forever even after the last day of the world.
People now sitting at the treasury benches must learn lesson from powerless Gilani.
