The pamphlet states the orders and punishments were unanimously decided upon in a Shura meeting of the Mullah Nazir Taliban Group. According to the document, tight or thin clothes have been banned for both men and women during the holy month. It warned shops and tailors severe punishments and fines up to Rs50,000 would be imposed on those found violating these orders.
Additionally, the pamphlet stated anyone found not fasting during Ramazan would be kept in prison for the duration of the month. Finally, the document cautioned shopkeepers against selling fireworks during the month and stated those violating these rules would be punished in accordance with Sharia law.

Hahahaha....Well said Saleem...
@Insaan ... hahhaaaha ... India is known for meditation / yoga around the world ???? I have traveled quite a lot , can count a dozen countries but what you say is news for me. Do not feel offended but India is known for cheap labor , call centers and it has rifts with neighbors as well, be it Pakistan , China , Srilanka or Bangladesh. There are many other darker images , however I do not wish to wake you from your deep slumber. Anyways you and your likes are spending so much time on Pakistan blogs shows how much you are in peace with yourself. That yoga is not really helping ... chill
@Rashid: Also, please you give me one example of your neighbor who is happy with you……
Pakistan is known for terrorism all over the world while India is known for meditation/yoga. Pakistan will bend forward or backward to make Chinese and Americans happy. No one can make Pakistan happy. Pakistan is the only country that bombs its own citizens.
One things is good about Pakistan is that it follows true Islam. Talibans will one day take over Pakistan and make it a pure Islamic country.
@Shariff Umbra: NO COMPULSION IN MATTERS OF RELIGION…
What does that exactly means? Why apostates are killed in Islam? What is the function of religious police in Muslim countries?
@AK47: Taliban are running a parallel state within Pakistan and government still wants to negotiate with them.
Every Muslim dreams of living an Islamic state where people follow true Islam. Talibans were created by Pakistan just for the purpose to make Afghanistan an Islamic Emirates. What is good for goose is good for gander.
@@Pepsi: @Hamza:Ask any one in the world, what is India and what pakistan all about ! The way you peoples are treated at various airports are more than enough to say real scenario than words.
@Pepsi: u need not to worry .......it is none of your business
It's so funny we never believed when the US said Taliban is running Pakistan, NOW LOOK AT IT!!! Taliban and ACTUALLY RULING THE COUNTRY!!
@Shariff Umbra: there’s NO COMPULSION IN MATTERS OF RELIGION…
Guess Taliban has not read this injunction. Tells a lot about how much they know about Islam and their selective interpretation of everything Islamic
@AK47: @Gemini:
I have read your commentry and of many others, but failed to understsnd the point you are all trying to make? Is this different from what the Amish community in the bible country of the USA who speak German language and practices prohibition of alcohal besides other ancient novelties, and ban on modern transportation facilities in their territories. And when they do allow some exceptions, they insist that cars are painted black! Is this different from the practice of orthodox Jews in Jerusalem, who do not permit women to travel in public transports with men but insist that they are seated separately.
Or is it very different from the men and women who parade naked in the streets of German cities, the most popular one being in the capital city of Berlin? And what about the odd practces which are carried out by certain communities across the border in India? This colourful world has a variety of practices which are foreign in other parts of the world. Thank goodness that we are not living the uniformed communist system, but that which is acceptable within our communities. It is no body's business but that of the communities which practice it.

@BruteForce: and again what are you talking about there are atleast 18 rebel movements in NorthEast let alone the whole country https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/InsurgentgroupsinNortheastIndia
@darbullah: So you're telling me that your military, as of right now, can go at all parts of India including Assam, Punjab, Kashmir and Nagaland without getting shot at. What, you think we were born yesterday? And obviously India doesnt allow drone strikes, it kills its people by its own hands like a true tyrant does.
@Pepsi: Seriously , thats all you could come with,"that I hate the truth". So clearly, you were "outclassed" and couldn't come with a reply.I mean look at yourself, you're at tribune.pk, a Pakistani website and you're wasting your time talking trash about Pakistan. Why dont you go to your own website and talk trash in Peace,eh?
@Rashid: Unless you have been living under a rock, Pakistan has awesome relationship with China, which I know you guys already despite, and now a friendly relationship with Iran as well (Pak-Iran gas pipeline) and such. If you think the Chinese are our masters then the Americans must definitely be your Gods. Jeez, have you had a good look on your TV channels? Seems like I'm watching wannabe Americans.....
@BruteForce: Here is what was written in the Link Hamza was trying to paste. Unless you dont know how to count there are atleast 20 rebel movements listed on one specific page of wikipedia, There are probably much much more but oh well...There I crossed your demand of listing 20 movements. Research for two minutes further and you arrive at pages listing tons of rebel movements in your country Arunachal Pradesh

First in 1971 and now 2013. Congratulations Pakistan, Land of the pure.
@Pakhtoon: It's an answer made by someone...anyone can do that Besides I can see ten movements for Tripura, 7 for Khalistan and around 8 for kuki.... So do they want Tripura to be broken into 10 separate countries ?????
Just use a region, add words like liberation, revolution, army etc doesn't mean it's legitimate.....
This is a gift given to Pakistan and Afghanistan in general and Pashtun in particular by Gen. Zia ul haq jalandhary,General Akhtar Abdul Rehman jalandhary and Gen Hamid Gul sargodhvi. Their children are living like kings & queens and on the contrary, nations are mourning on daily basis. O people, come out to the streets, ransack their properties, take them to the gallows and save your tomorrow.
Dhoni has a rare temprament. It is not a hallmark of the Indian's of this day and age. I honestly believe that MSD's victories are mostly his alone. He is crickets chosen one. His example will inspire many to come.
@Gemini: ziaul haq zindabad!
This is no Islam. However, this is what one may expect if religious matters and its interpretations are left in the hands of uneducated, unskilled, disconnected-retards and extremists who deliver sermons to the matching audiences. There is a need to reform religious sector so that we get rid of over weighted mullahs having an IQ significantly less them their weights (in kg let alone lbs!).
Nexttime, Pakistan PM would be from TTP...next to next time Pakistan's name would be Afgan Pakistan...after that IK would have 2 feet long dari n....can't see any beautiful paki girls...funny..we need to build German/China/Israel wall n the other side Iran
@Gemni calm down. if you are that unhappy, dont come back, stay in Malaysia
Hypocrites: Now you bother about sovereignty of Pakistan, and when drone hits the innocent Muslims in Pakistan, you support this atrocity.
This is good Islam. Islam girls should be wearing burqa always and not go to school. We are following the path of infidels and India and are promoting obscenity.
Is there not a responsibility on the part of print media and television to not provide oxygen to these extremists through reporting or publicizing terrorists orders. For once, Pakistani leaders began to address the root cause, the Saudi, Iran and Middle East influence on these so called Madarassas. Sooner the media exposes these external financier the better it would be for Pakistan
@Pakhtoon: Just quoting from a yahoo answers site is not enough. Where are the references? And we do not have drones running our country. Our people do not fly planes into buildings. We do not have a failed railways and a debt ridden economy
Well the Taliban are not being too friendly! What happened, I thought by negotitating with them they will live in peace and harmony in the communities in which they are already present.. * WRONG**. Nopes they are not muslims, infact they are animals bent on destroying Pakistan. To the apologists who are still insisting that these guys are not our problem, well better get ready to fast and NOTwear tight clothing!!
@Z.Khan: There is nothing to comment about here TTP are rouge elements with rouge minds. They aren't worth speaking with. They must be eradicated as LTT were eradicated in Sri Lanka. There is no other solution.
although Wanna is not under their jurisdiction, I wonder what PTI is doing to commemorate this decree by their brethren.... mebbe declaring leather jackets a uniform during the Holy month of Ramzan ( a true believer should not be perturbed by trifles such as heat).... this would show solidarity with the Taliban (their very own people) and mebbe the Taliban then think of sitting on the dialogue table to have halwas and agree on more dress codes
Snake start bitting there masters
its responsibility of the state to stop militants to impose their own rules in a soverign state.
In a country like our were all head mualanas of religious parties in a APC conference in Peshawar did not agree that these on going blasts, suicide attacks, target killing,Hazara Killing in Quetta, destruction of schools,attacking/killing Army,FC,Police,Rangers personals is not a "terrorism"but it bad administration or mismanagement. These are funds from out side speaking out of every grand Maulana.Soon they will sorted out enough is enough they have grown out of par-potion repeatedly challenging the state.
@BruteForce: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20081229011259AA5mEwc just go the link and you will find 114 not 67.... Challenge hoooooo
@Rashid: Happy and not happy are not in business deals man, all matters is money and self interest. This also applicable in countries relationship as well.
@Hamza: At the end of the day, India doesn't allow drones or raids by foreign countries to go unanswered. Nor does it allow the militant groups quoted by you from wikipedia rule its soil unchallenged. If anyone has to list the groups in Pakistan, it eould occupy entire wikipedia.
@@Pepsi: Man you hate truth, that your problem.
@@Pepsi: We also suffer by insurgent, even your master china also suffering the same in there province. But we are not controlled by any one. Here the insurgents are like hit and run and not like your country where your state do not have any control over the area and dictated by taliban. Even your army could not able to enter the area, forget other things..
Taliban means imposition( using brute force). You do not have freedom to live your own life. . compelled to lead a life like that in prison. . Either oppose it or bow. yes another option is migrate. choose.
@Hamza:
There were supposed to be 67. All I see is 4 or 5..
Please list all the 67, instead of providing broken links.
None of the comments seem to be bothered about Pakistani sovereignty. Somebody has parceled out territory to these terrorists and nobody has raised a question as to who has hosted, sheltered and financed them. I am assuming Pakistan is a country.

CAN'T BELIEVE YOU GUYS ARE SO DELUSIONAL
Can anyone force people in Wana to have liquor and keep restaurants open during Ramazan? No. So if Taliban can enforce this trend on them is eventually an indication of what people want

Also, please you give me one example of your neighbor who is happy with you......

Dude could you please mention the name of all those groups who are taking HUGE control of land in the parts of Punjab, Assam, Nagaland, and West Bengal............LOL !!!!!
I believe the day that people of Pakistan sided with clerics in Lal Masjid after the operation was the defining day in Pakistan . It has demoralized the forces to take any action against them and emboldened the Mullah. Security officers fear for the life of their families and do not arrest them. Even if arrested , barbarians find the weakest link and run away from prison. Even if somehow maintained in prison , the courts are very weak and have never convicted any barbarian. Eventually they would be set free by court even if they have video footages of inciting violence ( like in case of Lal Masjid clerics ) the courts never find sufficient evidence. Finally once out then they will take revenge from those who arrested them in first place. The cycle continues , until few patriotic remaining in police are wiped out by barbars.

Can you name, forget 67, atleast 20 such movements? You have the entire Internet at your disposal. Lets see how you fare.. What do you say? Its a challenge.. :)
Seriously?
Since Pakistan supports the Taliban in Afghanistan and if it thinks such rules are good enough for ordinary Afghans then its good for Pakistanis too, right..
So what you do onto others determines what Karma has in store for you..
Wana is a stete of Taliban
Taliban crave media attention. Why does ET give them so much space?
@ all talibans
this is the reason why everybody hate you more and more everyday, u are a curse for pakistan, , u are the bad luck of this nation, if you love islam so much why dont you announce that every family will be given RS 50000 in ramadan, because its a month of blessing,??why dont you think this way, islam doesn't state only punishments but also benefits,
@choclet: does all this make them *PIOUS in the eyes of GOD * ??
oh and pepsi on the other article you said that apparently Pakistan is a "migraine" for the region. If Pakistan is a migraine dude, then India is a cancer for the whole region. Again, give me one example of a neighbor who is actually happy with you guys. No one is. Please reply, I'm looking forward to what kind of emotional, propaganda-blinded , speech you give this time
What is our ARMY doing in FATA?? We are spending millions of dollars on them which results in budget deficits paving way for IMF and other lenders to unleash cruel taxation on us and spreading chaos. Is this the result of all the money used by them..Oh God help us.
But thin and tight clothes are already banned in areas under taliban influence. Why ban banned things again? Strange, taliban are getting funnier by the day.
there's NO COMPULSION IN MATTERS OF RELIGION...
Hey Pepsi. By your comment it seems to me like your indian. How can you then forget, the fact that there are 67 rebel movements in your country, many of which control HUGE amount of land in states like Punjab, Assam, West Bengal, and Nagaland etc. Please, take a look in the mirror before commenting.
"tight or thin clothes have been banned for both men and women" "anyone found not fasting during Ramazan would be kept in prison for the duration of the month" Where are Moulana Diesel and IK of PTI for the comments on this new Fiqh of Taliban?
hypocrites! most of their brethren indulge in lending money with interest - that is forbidden in Islam. and what about other businesses and acts??
State in a state
So in conclusion, one major part of Pakistan is controlled by Taliban. What a pathetic situation for a country !
seems like Taliban are more active then Govt of Pakistan
Taliban are running a parallel state within Pakistan and government still wants to negotiate with them.
LOL at a side we have Malaysia where at one side of the mall people are having their meals in the month of Ramadan and I was surprised that the guy who was delivering the food was fasting. Malaysia is a Muslim country and people there are not forced to do fasting it's upon a persons faith and belief which allows him to fast. And here in Pakistan if we found someone eating in malls and hospitals we treat them as a satin and becomes god of ourselves "Hey Look OMG he is eating he is drinking in the month of Ramadan". People should care of themselves because everyone has to go in his own grave so take care of your own matters.
