KARACHI: The Karachi Water and Sewerage Board managing director, Misbahuddin Farid, briefed the newly appointed local bodies minister Owais Muzaffar about the issues it faces.

Farid told him about problems with the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority, Karachi Master Plan and collection of betterment charges from cantonment boards.
