Balochistan Unrest: Man shot dead outside shop

QUETTA: One man was killed in Mastung while another was kidnapped from Chaman.

According to police officials, unidentified men opened indiscriminate fire on a shop located at Chandi Road of Mastung and fled away from the crime scene.

Resultantly, a man identified as Ghulam Haider sitting outside the shop was killed. The motive for the murder is yet to be ascertained.

Separately, armed men kidnapped a person from the Chaman town near the Afghan border.

Sources said that armed men made Muhammad Siddiq hostage at gunpoint and took him away. Police have registered a case and investigations were under way.
