Need of the hour: Security tightened in Swabi

DPO said after two BDS officials were killed they decided to chalk out a plan to thwart incidents of terrorism.

In the wake of recent attacks in different areas of Swabi, DPO Mian Saeed Ahmad on Thursday directed police officials to tighten security.


Talking to journalists at the press club, the DPO said after two BDS officials were killed on Monday they decided to chalk out a plan to thwart incidents of terrorism. He said officials would be deployed at all main mosques and will inform the police in case of any suspicious activity. He added patrolling during night would also be increased.
