Musharraf’s lawyers stated that he could not have been presented at the hearing due to security concerns, at which ATC judge Rehman expressed outrage and said that the charged had to be present so that the case could proceed.
Rehman reprimanded SSP Operations and other police officials present at the hearing for not being able to provide Musharraf with the necessary security, at which the SSP said that Musharraf would surely be presented at the next hearing.
The court said that Musharraf either be presented at the next hearing or be moved to the central jail after this final chance, so that it could carry on with its proceedings there.
In a petition by Musharraf for the recovery of his assets, the court has sought an answer from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), and adjourned the case hearing till July 30.

agree with you.... Does anyother nation has judges who are so often outraged????
@Uza Syed: As obvious from your comment, anything can be over-dramatized :)
@ U Syed The above comments were totally correct . I don t know weather they understand what u wrote. Musharaf is a Great Gentlemen they r trying their level best to fix him but so far the result is BIG ZEEROOOOOO. He should be released with respect and Honor .
When courts through their judges express 'outrage' then I honestly feel outraged by the behaviour of people who should remain always and for ever impersonal and beyond rage and anger and refrain from displaying their personal sense of morality and their personal honour. If you check any dictionary the word 'outrage' is defined as a noun meaning:
a wantonly vicious or cruel act
a gross violation of decency, morality, honour, etc.
profound indignation, anger, or hurt, caused by such an act
Imagine, judges being guilty of "a wantonly vicious" and "cruel act" or "grossly violating decency, morality, honour' of the Courts that they sit in to dispense justice.
'Outrage' as a verb is an euphism for 'Rape' ----- I really, honestly feel that such public display of 'outrage' amounts to rape of the nobel concepts of 'Justice', 'Judicial Neutrality' and 'Sovereign Virtues' in a civilized society.
