Facilitating citizens: Police to launch FM service in Ramazan

A contingency plan should be made for market and industrial areas with the cooperation of market associations.

KARACHI: The Sindh police plans to start a FM radio service in Ramazan to facilitate commuters, according to the police spokesperson.

He said that the Inspector General of Police Shahid Nadeem Baloch has directed the police to control the law and order situation under its extraordinary security plan besides taking the ulema and other stakeholders on board while planning security for religious places and taraveeh congregations.

A contingency plan should be made for market and industrial areas with the cooperation of market associations, he added.
