Mixed Salad

Ingredients:

Tangerine 1

Yellow capsicum 1

Olives 2

Lettuce leaves 2

Tomato 1

Salt and pepper to taste

Red chili powder to taste

Vinegar to taste

Sugar to taste

Method

•  Slice the tomato and yellow capsicum into thin strips.

•  Tear the lettuce leaves into 3 or 4 pieces.

•  Peel the tangerine, remove its seeds and cut it into pieces.

•  Add the vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and red chili powder to the above ingredients and mix well.

•  Decorate with olives if desired.

Tangerines are out of season for Pakistan during this time of the year. please try to give recipies using seasonal produce

I can hardly boil an egg but am pretty sure I could make that salad. So what does that say about the salad ?
