RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Narcotics Force on Tuesday launched a crackdown against drug-peddlers in Peshawar, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi and Quetta and recovered huge quantities of opium, heroin and hashish.

In a raid on a house in Khajooran village in district Haripur, ANF recovered 500g of opium and 2kg heroin.

ANF also recovered a total of 1,502kg hashish in several raids in Quetta and Karachi.
