Suicidal: Three people end their own lives

A young girl committed suicide by consuming a poisonous drink allegedly because of domestic problems.

KHAIRPUR: Three people, including a married woman, committed suicide in different parts of Khairpur district on Wednesday.

According to reports, a young girl, A, committed suicide at Ghulam Akber Jatoi village by consuming a poisonous drink allegedly because of domestic problems.

The body was taken to the hospital for medico-legal formalities after which it was handed over to her relatives for burial rites.

Meanwhile, a young man, S, committed suicide by jumping into Rohri canal Tando Masti, allegedly because of financial woes. His body was found after a search of eight hours.

In a separate incident, a resident of Pir Muhammad Jagirani village committed suicide reportedly due to domestic troubles.
