Family Dispute: Father and son killed

Motive behind the incident is matrimonial dispute.

QUETTA: A father and his son were killed and two women were wounded in a clash in Sibi district of Balochistan, some 120- kilometers away from Quetta on Wednesday.

Levies officials said an armed clash took place in the Marghazani area of Sibi within the limits of Galoshar Levies Thana in which one man Safar Khan along with his four brothers allegedly killed his father-in-law identified as Muhammad Khan and his son Nazeer Ahmed.

They said that due to firing, two women Pattani Bibi and Horan Bibi also sustained serious wounds who were shifted to divisional headquarters hospital for first medical aid and later shifted to Quetta for further treatment.

Motive behind the incident is matrimonial dispute, a Levies official said, adding that panic spread in the locality though Levies had taken the control of the area.
