Fatal recreation : Teenager drowns in Swat River
Fourteen-year-old Fawad, son of Shah Dawran, and 15-year-old Haris, son of Sardar Ali, were swimming in the river when the currents swept them away.
Onlookers jumped in the river to rescue the boys and managed to pull Harris out of the water. He was rushed to the Saidu Teaching Hospital in critical condition. However, Fawad could not be found.
The search for his body was underway till the filing of this report.
