Teacher Training: 10-day workshop begins at RNITTE

A 10-day Montessori materials and methodology workshop kicked off at Roots National Institute of Teacher Training and Education (RNITTE) on Monday, said a press release issued by the institute.

Over 100 candidates are participating in the course being conducted by qualified curriculum leads, master trainers and international Montessori specialists and motivational speakers.

The workshop integrates Dr Maria Montessori theory with effective practices which are successfully implemented in Roots Millennium schools, said the statement.

The institute for the past six years has been providing professional development courses to the teachers, principals, headmistress and the management staff, it added.

It offers a Montessori course not only to teachers but also to the external candidates.
