ATTOCK: The parents and other relatives of a slain man protested against the Attock police on Sunday for not arresting the alleged killers.

Sohail went missing on May 12 and his body was recovered from the Shazi Brotha canal the other day. The family had lodged a kidnapping case with the police against Mazar Shah, Zulfiqar Shah, Hyat Shah and their sister. The relatives of the deceased alleged that the police were shying away from arresting the alleged suspects, who, according to them, were moving freely.

They said that the postmortem report confirmed that the slain had been tortured physically by the alleged kidnappers before his body was thrown into the canal. The protesters said that they will continue to protest in front of the DPO office until the killers were arrested and given exemplary punishment.
