“Israel does not export defence equipment to Pakistan. That is our stated policy and is implemented completely,” a senior foreign ministry official told the PTI.
Quoting a British government report, Israeli newspaper Haaretz reported on Tuesday that Israel exported military equipment to Pakistan and four other countries over the past five years.
“In addition to Pakistan, Israel has exported such equipment to Egypt, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates and Morocco,” the British report stated.
A spokesperson of the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday denied the news report, saying it was misleading and not based on facts.

This is the reality of Pak-Israeel relations.

@Ricky:
Haha... good one mate.
This is what I have written in my previous comments that Pakistan does not have diplomatic ties with Israel and it was not possible to import any thing from Israel.
Now the valued readers must have read the statement of a senior foreign ministry official that Israel did not export any defense equipment to Pakistan at all.
Let me also write here that most of the people have very bad habit and jump into conclusion, without listening to any one or without investigating the facts and figures.
When ISPR had once made the clarification that there was no such deal, this would have been more than enough for the people, but what to do - difficult to leave the bad habits as we have becime habitual to draw end results very quickly.
What else can Israel do, other than denying, now that it lies exposed .......... ??
Of course, there is no bilateral transfer but lets not rule out an interlocutor. I, for one, have no problem trading with Israel. In fact, many Pakistani peacekeepers in the UN serve alongside Israelis. One of my best friend in Congo was an Israeli.
In a global economy all complex items such as plane, car, ship, satellite etc are manufactured from components source globally. The China-Pakistan joint airplane has foreign component including those from Israel among other nations. So what? Accept the fact.
Isareli officials and Pakistani ISPR never lie and we must believe them without any doubt.
May be they do export it to Pakistan but categorically deny it to not to hamper relations with India.
These news papers , always looking to break news & in the process report inaccurate & false information. Yesterday when i read about Israel selling arms to Pakistan, i wondered how they could conduct business with a country which explicitly does not recognize its existence. Great news for India though, Israels weapons & agriculture technology , which it shares with India,is really cutting edge.
