The ECP said numerous complaints were received regarding this constituency.
The commission also ordered investigation against the district election commissioner and 37 presiding officers, Express News reported.
The ECP said the record of voters who showed up for voting was not kept.
Liaquat Bhatti, an independent candidate, was earlier declared winner in the constituency.

You've got to be kidding! Has the ECP not recieved enough evidence for Karachi? The worst elections in all of Pakistan was in Karachi, and Hafizabad gets re-polling?
i am the voter of this constituency and independent candidate was the winner after 4 times re-counting.......the problem is that State Minister Saira afzal tarar(daughter in law) of Rafique tarar is the president of PML(N) hafizabad and she rejected the announcement and said that only his candidate will be declared as MNA from NA 103......i think dictatorship is better than this type of democracy......

Numerous complaints were also received about other constituencies. Whats happening there? Lets have a consistent approach from EC.
And this is one of those constituencies where ML(N) lost. Why don't we keep it simple and issue an order to hold re-polling in every constituency where ML(N) lost? Is it jungle or a country? ECP and SC has made a big farce of it and have darkened the future of Pakistan
