The post of principal secretary, though, has been removed.
Fawad Hassan Fawad was appointed as the Additional Secretary to the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister's Secretariat will now be called the Prime Minister's Office, Express News reported.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) chief Nawaz Sharif became the first politician in the country’s parliamentary history to make it to the office of prime minister for a third time.
Nawaz Sharif beat his competition by receiving a total of 244 votes, whereas Makhdoom Javed Hashmi received 31 votes and Makdhoom Amin Fahim recieved a total of 42 votes.
After formally chosen by a vote in the National Assembly, Sharif took his oath under President Asif Ali Zardari.

All must get behind the PM to make a shandar Pakistan. New is not always better. shandar is always shandar. In evaluating projects, it is better to build those that earn foreign exchange as they add directly to the net wealth of the country. We have a road link with China. We should next offer a right of way for a pipeline to ease the Chinese import of oil - I am sure the Chinese will be happy to pay in forex for the right of way.
Since he has been elected as the PM of Pakistan,(not PML-N) political differences aside,he should be supported by the entire nation to make him a success.One would be the first to criticize him if he is once again swayed by his old habits he is famous for.Good luck to you Mr.PM! Please do not disappoint us this time.

Excellent decision. Probably the most hardworking and honest bureaucrat out there right now! He will make the best team possible for Mian Nawaz Sharif and then retire after 4 months to become the energy consultant to the government of Pakistan.
