British Council asks students to retake Islamiyat, Pak studies exams

Compromise of the exams was not initiated in Pakistan, says British Council.

KARACHI: The British Council Pakistan on Monday announced that students who earlier sat for Cambridge O Level and Cambridge IGCSE Islamiyat and Pakistan Studies exams will have to retake them.

The announcement was made as a result of breach in the security of the said exam papers.

The British Council stated on its Facebook page that it is currently investigating the violation, however the situation was not initiated in Pakistan. It added that the British Council Pakistan was not party to the compromise.

The council further mentioned that its “first priority is to ensure a valid and fair outcome for all Cambridge students.”

I seriously fail to understand why BC is doing this... THEY R GONNA RUIN OUR GRADE and inshallah they vil also suffer for it
