Mother, child healthcare: LUMHS to set up a skill lab

The undergraduate and postgraduate students and serving doctors will get training at the laboratory.

HYDERABAD: The Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Jamshoro, has announced to set up a skill laboratory for practical training in maternal, neonatal and child healthcare training.

According to the spokesperson, the laboratory will be established in collaboration with the World Health Organization and will have equipment for labour rooms and simulators for nomal and complicated labour. The undergraduate and postgraduate students and serving doctors will get training at the laboratory.
