The Barack Obama administration on Wednesday acknowledged for the first time that US drone strikes have killed four Americans in Pakistan and Yemen since 2009, the New York Times reported.
According to Pakistani security officials, Jude was killed in a drone attack in South Waziristan in late 2011.
Jude, a part of an eight-member suspected terrorist group based in the US, was indicted by American authorities in 2009 for an alleged plot to attack a US Marine Corps base.
Pakistani officials arrested Jude when he tried to illegally cross into Mohmand.

This is all a big conspiracy to malign the good reputation of Pakistan. This dude never was in Pakistan. Our independent judiciary can never let any terrorist walk away. Let us hope the facts come out just like OBL Commission Report. PPP, MQM and ANP govt was foreign agent now we have a freely elected govt and helpfully they would bring the OBL report out soon. Yeh keep dreaming the truth would never be allowed to come out.
Yeah baby. I am so happy that our boys got that Jude fella. Justice done unlike it would be in Pakistan.
So you arrested an American citizen who was a fugitive wanted for terrorist crimes - you didn't notify the Americans and just let him walk? That about sum it up? And you wonder why the rest of the World doesn't believe you when you make speeches about fighting terrorism?
I don't think the courts are serious in prosecuting terrorists.
There's now news of 100s of more extremists being released from Punjab's jails on order of the interim state govt. I don't think its simply apathy, fear or just incompetence any more. Sympathy and support for extremists seems rampant through the state institutions.
An American citizen that was killed in a US drone strike in Pakistan, Jude Mohammed, was arrested by Pakistani authorities in 2011 but escaped after being granted bail, the Associated Press reported....Jude, a part of an eight-member suspected terrorist group based in the US, was indicted by American authorities in 2009 for an alleged plot to attack a US Marine Corps base.
This just shows what Pakistan is doing for their part in "war on terror". Did US authorities knew this Jude Mohammed was arrested and was granted bail? Did USA pay ANY Pakistani guy when this Jude was hit in a drone strike.
Why Pakistan did not handover this American Guy to US authorities? All this "war on terror" is about making money. US Taxpayer is the big looser in this game.
