CDA chairman requested residents of sector G-8 for to cooperate with CDA to make “Clean and Green Islamabad” a successful campaign.

ISLAMABAD:


The “Clean and Green Islamabad” campaign of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) would be launched in sector G-8 from tomorrow for two days after successful completion in sectors I-10, G-10, G-11, G-9, I-9 and G-7. CDA Chairman Syed Tahir Shahbaz along with school children, traders, NGO representatives, local residents and CDA officials would participate in the campaign in front of the G-8 sector CDA Inquiry Office at 10 am.


The CDA chairman has directed the Environment Wing, Sanitation Directorate, City Sewerage Division, Enforcement Directorate, Municipal Administration, Water Supply, Engineering Wing and other concerned departments of the authority to ensure their presence in the Inquiry Office for heeding the public’s complaints.

He also requested residents of sector G-8 for to cooperate with CDA to make “Clean and Green Islamabad” a successful campaign.
