Sheikh Rasheed wins from NA-55 Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Awami  Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed won a seat from NA-55, Rawalpinidi 6 constituency in the general elections on Saturday.

He garnered a vote count of 27152 as opposed to PML-N candidate, Malik Shakeel Ahmad Awan's 5577, winning by a sizable majority.

Congrats Sheikh Sahib. My father grew up in your const. I have long awaited for a decent politician from this const. I am glad that it is you who will serve NA 55
