KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain phoned Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Fakhruddin G Ibrahim complaining about the mismanagement being faced at several polling stations of Karachi, reported Express News.

Hussain also brought up the issue of ballot papers not reaching the polling stations on time, hindering the polling process.

The CEC assured Altaf of solving the issues being faced by voters.

Fakhruddin should not have taken a call from him, legally no candidate is allowed to contact the chief election commissioner or any officer of ECP, that is illegal because candidates can threaten, pressure and try to convince the commissioner in their favor, I blame Fakhro for the entire election fiasco, he is the most incompetent ECP chair in the short history of Pakistani elections.

Hahaha. MQM's tactics are inspired by ZeeTV they think the educated awaam are stupid enough to fall for this sort drama.
