Fakhruddin should not have taken a call from him, legally no candidate is allowed to contact the chief election commissioner or any officer of ECP, that is illegal because candidates can threaten, pressure and try to convince the commissioner in their favor, I blame Fakhro for the entire election fiasco, he is the most incompetent ECP chair in the short history of Pakistani elections.
