MUMBAI: Known for his well-toned body, Hrithik Roshan feels being healthy is more important than having six-pack abs or starving oneself.

"The best body is the body, which you are happy with. If you are not happy about it, then it's not ideal... Whether it is a six-pack or not, if you are healthy and fit, then you will always be happy," Hrithik told reporters at a book launch here Wednesday.

Don't starve yourself to say fit, he further suggested.

"Everyone thinks it is tough to make a body, but it is not tough. I have eaten eight meals today and I have learned you don't need to starve yourself. We have conditioned ourselves to believe that to have a good body, we need to sacrifice ourselves," he said.

The real question his fans should be asking him is what cycle hes on. Thats how you "make a body" the fast way.

There is (for most people) a massive sacrifice required if you want to go down the natural route, moreso than if you were using. (Even then, you need to put in work)

Genetics also plays a big part too. It depends on goals, but steroid use is rampant in Bollywood, dont think most of these guys got their 8 packs the natural route.
