"The money I've earned has allowed me to involve myself in projects I'm interested in and, above all else, help people who need it. The latter is, without doubt, the best thing about being wealthy,” he told a magazine.
"You learn, after you've been in the business for a while, that fame is empty and pointless,” he added.

@holyme - profound statement
I hardly read or comment about celebrities, but recently there was an interesting leaked story of Leonardo Di Caprio in a famous New York newspaper about how he thinks and parties like a head in the clouds celebrity...so I have difficulty buying this cool-aid. He is one of the best actors around but not necessarily the humblest one. This sweet talk might have more to do with his new movie 'The Gatsby' to be released this Friday.
You are an amazing actor and if this is how you think then I'd a better person. May you continue to do good work.
And once you become very old you realise life has no meaning. In the end everything is a big sham and our only salvation is a spiritual connection.
