Fayaz Hussain | 13 years ago | Reply Doctor Saleem Sahib well said.. yes when we will come to a position to convict the culprits according to law and all the process from the crime scene to investigation to trial and then the court decision will smoothly and efficiently will be carried out so that all the culprits should think twice before commiting any crime.. as they will have a fear that the government relevant all departments are not controversial and that he soon will be behind the bars.. here unluckily situation is quite contrary.. culprits knows that there are only .00001% chance of his detaintion and even less chance of declaring him a convict..
