Violent measures: Four killed in armed tribal clash

The SHO claimed that over a dozen suspects have been arrested but no FIR has been registered.

HYDERABAD: At least four people were killed and over half a dozen others injured in an armed clash between the people of two communities in village Dandho Mari in Sanghar district. According to Sinjhoro SHO Dodo Khan Junejo, the conflict occurred between the Jamali and Rind tribes over the alleged kidnapping of an 18-year-old girl, Shamshad Jamali, belonging to the former community. The deceased were identified as Yaqoob Jamali, 33, Saleh Jamali, 30, Taj Muhammad Jamali, and Niaz Rind, 50. The SHO claimed that over a dozen suspects have been arrested but no FIR has been registered.
